I am a new business owner with 2 rental properties that I have a combined equity of 55,000 in. I am looking to buy another foreclosure as a rental and need some quick cash for the down payment. I do not have a home equity line and have not had good results getting a business loan since my incorporation is within the last year, and I do not have two years of financials to show the bank. I am trying to avoid going the partner route to save headaches and splitting the profits. If this does not get some good results, I think that is the direction I am heading. I would be willing to secure the loan with a mortagage note from one of the properties if need be. This is my first visit to this site so forgive me if I leave something out. My credit score when I signed up is A, my DTI is 9%, and I am a very stable investment. I am also a member of the Wealthbuilders group. |
