My name is An and I rent a home in Huntington Beach, CA. I have been a teacher for three years. In college, I received wages nightly. When I started teaching, I received a paycheck once a month. So I accumulated quite a bit of credit card debt. I managed to reach over $10,000 in credit card debt, but was able to slowly pay off most of it. My credit report can show you the accounts that have been closed. Now I only have 3 credit cards with a high balance along with an APR of about 21%-33% for each card. I would like to consolidate my debt into one loan so that I can eliminate most of the interest fees and start paying off the principle balance. I feel that now I have learned my lesson and am now capable of managing my money. I have made arrangements for a payment plan with my Household Credit Card so that I can pay off that balance by June of this year, and now I just need that extra boost to help with the last few cards that still have balances. With this loan, I have a structured payment plan where I will be able to create a budget that enables me to pay off the principle balance and then save money for emergencies. As my credit report shows, the only reason why I have a low grade is because I have late payments on my record. This is a problem that can be easily remedied with a loan that will allow me to create a realistic budget that I can live with. I have definitely learned my lesson with credit so I do not wish to apply for any more credit cards. I will continue to work on my credit rating through the various loans that I am paying back. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on my feet. Income: $55,000/yr Take home after taxes: $3,200/month 2nd income: $2,600/yr (This is a second job I picked up as an independent consultant, so this income varies depending on my sales.) Loans: $350/mo (These loans have a low APR so I?m not going to add this to the loan that I?m applying for.) Credit Card Payments: $665/mo -Household bank: $345/mo -Sears: $100/mo -Citibank: $120/mo -Capital One: $100/mo Left over money every month: about $400 |
