I am a retired Sales Manager and I live in Western New York State. I receive a good pension and also have 6 income properties that I own and manage. I am an avid E-bayer also and have been very succesful in selling all types of collectibles. I have been a Prosper member for about 9 months now and have only been a lender. After getting a good feel for how Prosper works and seeing how many people benefit from the loans, I have decided to apply for this loan in order to make even more loans to members. My DTI may be a bit overstated. My gross income from the Rentals and my pension is approx. $10,900 per month. I have only one mortgage and own all of the rest. All of my credit cards are paid off in full each month. I rarely carry any balance on them. My credit score is over 780 and as you can see, Prosper has rated me as a "AA". I have lived in the same house for over 31 years and have resided in the same town for my entire life. I am married with 2 adult children who have provided us with two grandchildren, one of whom is pictured on this application. I can assure all bidders that this will be an extremely low-risk decision on your part as I have never had a judgement or any other credit problem.
