About me: I am a 39 year old single mother of 5. My children's ages are 20, 18, 15, 13, & 7. My four younger children live with me. My oldest child is married and lives with her husband. I work full-time at a local bank in the consumer loan department as a Product Quality Specialist. Explanation of bad credit: I am recently divorced from a very abusive and controlling man. He handled all of the finances and was suppose to have paid all of the bills, which he obviously didn't do. As a result, that has really messed up my credit. Over the two months my wages have been garnished on an outstanding credit card bill that he did not pay that I was on with him. I then turned to payday advances (BIG MISTAKE) to help pay the bills. I had went to many local banks, including my employer to try to get a small personal loan to pay off this garnishment but the answer was no everywhere due to my past credit history, which I had no control over. I am taking control now and I want to make a fresh start. Things would be great if I could get the payday advances and the garnishment paid off so I can start rebuilding my credit. I am asking for a chance to prove myself and to improve my scores. What I will do with the money: Pay off garnishment and payday advances. My financial details: Monthly Net income after deductions before garnishment: $1400 Monthly Child Support: $1000 Rent: $500 Utilities: $400 Food: $600 Misc: $100 Total Living Expenses: $1600 As you can see I have more than enough left over after all of the bills to pay this loan back if I didn't have this garnishment and the payday advance fees. I pay $176 every two weeks just in finance charges on the payday advances. After I get this taken care of, I am going to start working on paying the other bills off that are on my credit report one by one so I can work toward having a positive credit score. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month. If my loan is fully funded I will stay active in the Two Millionaires private forum for the life of the loan to help encourage other Two Millionaire graduates to also never let their team down by never being late with a payment. I also would like to be financially free so I can become a Prosper Lender and investing in someone else. Thank you for considering my loan request. I appreciate the time you have taken by looking at my listing and helping me work toward having a prosperous New Year which will result in having a strong financial future for me and my family. |
