I am retired from the Army and currently a Dept of the Army Civilian Training Instructor. This is an adjusted relisting with a lowered amount requested and an interest rate in line with the recommended tables. Three years away from a nasty marital seperation that severely marred a spotless credit record, I am now on my way back up. I am trying balance improving my credit score and finding necessary funding to finish my commercial flight training. With this loan I can complete my training plus pay off a few debts. My current DTI is actually 26% (checked today). With a pending job promotion, the payoff of a few loans, and with the completion of my commercial flight training that will eventually return an income, I foresee a substantial increase in my next years salary that will soon place my DTI below 20%. |
