Dear Lenders: I recently purchased a foreclosure property needs remodel work. I am planning to use the funding to upgrade the hosue. Then to refinance the home with cash out to pay back the loan from Prosper. I have very good credit history in the past, except one public record from local county for missing file personal property on a business venture several years ago but that was for $86.00 lien and paid off since. Employment History: I have been a full time mortgage broker in the past 6 years with ResCom Mortgage and have been in the real estate field for over 18 years. Purchasing foreclosure properties is one of my expertise. Monthly Net Income: $10,000 Expenses: (1) Housing expenses: $1,300 (2) Car Insurance $900 (3) Utility Bills $120 (4) Phone & Internet $100 (5) 3 credit cards $300 (6) New Prosper Loan $510 Please consider my loan request and once I got the remoded work done, I should have no trouble refinance the property.
