Hello, I moved to New York in March and borrowed $10,000 from my father for the move and rental deposit. I would like to pay him back with this loan because I'd rather not due business with my family if possible. I am a Recruiter and have worked for the same company since May of 2000. I also own a condo in South Florida that I rent out. I graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Business Administration. My credit score was around 715 but has dropped to around 675 over the last couple years when I bought a condo on Fort Lauderdale beach and a three unit rental that I still have. Because the real estate market is no longer strong in South Florida I prefer take a home equity loan for the $10,000. If for some reason I was having financial trouble I could reborrow the money from my father and pay this loan back. He charges me 10% anyway. I look forward to doing business with everybody on the site. I'm the gentleman on the right of the picture with the suit and red tie. WHY I'M NOT IN A GROUP: I left my group, "1 Manhattan Angel Fund" because I posted this listing 3 weeks ago and only recieved 69% funding. I believe it was not fully funded because the group leader takes 1% and New York only allows 15% leaving my borrowing rate at 14%, which is low for a C credit score. Therefore I left my group so I could offer the full 15% on this one. |
