This is a relist of sorts. The first listing was to learn, this one will be accepted if funded. I'm beginning to understand and loan money on Prosper. The loan will be used to lend to higher risk borrowers. I'm a Registered Nurse and have been for the last 6 years. My yearly income is $70K+. The '+' as a variable on home much overtime I work. I am a homeowner and have never defaulted on my credit. Except for the occassional late payment, my record is clean. Thanks for your attention. Please no group invites this round.
