First of all I want to thank you for taking the time and interest to consider helping by funding my loan.  My last listing was 86% funded (only $400.00 short!) so I am giving it one more go.

I realize my credit history is not the most desirable. Like many people I fell into the trap of credit cards when I was younger and am paying the price now. In the past few years I have worked hard to try and slowly rebuild my credit, I have successfully paid off two auto loans (early) and am currently on my third with no late payments. I have managed to keep my current credit card payments up to date and on time. I?m well established at my job with Honda, I am approaching my 5-year anniversary in January and I?m proud of the small steps I have taken to help re-establish myself and my credit and that is why I am seeking this loan. I have kept up with my current bills without needing any assistance, unfortunatly I ran into an emergency situation and used cash advance thinking it was a better short-term solution. This is costing about $400 per month and adding interest. I would like to pay off these payday loans along with my two current high interest credit cards and be able to go through the holidays and start the New Year without these debts looming over my head and keeping me up at night.

Also, to help with this I will am taking on a part time evening job as a bartender. It is cash tips, but every little bit helps. I am also in the process of moving from my very nice, but extremely overpriced condo into a home with a roommate, this move will save me approximately $1000 a month in living expenses that will help me rebuild my saving account in case an emergency ever arises again.   A loan through Prosper would pay my outstanding payday loans and my high interest credit card debt allowing me to resume rebuilding my credit and build my savings without the worry of falling behind. I understand for some this would be a risk, to help someone with my history but I am hoping that you will take a chance on me as I have done for others.

This is a breakdown of my current payments:
Net income: $3200.00 Mortgage/Rent: $ 450.00 (including utilities)
Phone: $ 67.00
Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $ 410.00
Credit Cards (to be paid with Prosper loan): $110.00
Payday Loans(to be paid eith Prosper loan): $335.00
Food: $ 150.00Insurance: $ 150.00
Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan (these are taken care of through a debt consolodation service): $130.00

As you can see this will leave me with enough to pay my Prosper loan and still build my savings.

Again, I thank you for taking the time to look at my listing and any help you can offer getting me fully funded on this try
