Introduction

I am a 42 years old HVAC/Refrigeration technician hailing from Chesapeake City, Maryland. I live with my dear wife whom I have been with for ten years. I have a very good job at a well known and respected HVACR company, where I have worked for four years. I have good job stability, and I have a very good rapport with my boss and co-workers. We are a team and share a common goal.

Background: I am a 1987 graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute. I am currently enrolled in a four year HVAC school at New Castle County Delaware Vo-Tech. I'm in my second year. This is because I tested out for the first year. I am in the top of my class with near perfect grades so far.

Purpose of Loan

This loan is to pay off four debts: a state tax lien from 1998 (now being paid on a monthly installment agreement), back child support from 1994 (now being paid by payroll deductions), and two medical bills from 2000. I need this loan because I plan to buy a home next year, and paying these debts off will facilitate the loan process as well as putting me in a position to get a better loan. This will also have a positive effect on my credit.

Credit History

I realize that my credit rating is not the best. To be honest with you, I have neglected my credit in the past. This is because I never realized the importance of maintaining good credit. It wasn't until I looked into buying a home, that I realized how important this is. I have spent the last seven years working and paying off my debts, and have spent the last two years striving to build a good credit history. Now that I am on the right track, I plan to stay there. I know that one might ask why I haven?t paid them off sooner. This is because I just finished paying off a 10k student loan last year and also needed to help out a family member in trouble. That took all my extra money.

The two delinquencies on my Experian report are the medical bills which I will pay with this loan.

Child support, AFLAC, and uniform cleaning are deducted from my pay. My wife's job provides medical insurance coverage for both of us.

If approved for loan, the tax lien installments (183.00) will be eliminated and my monthly child support deductions will be reduced by 49.00. The Prosper payment will be 252.00 or less

Our rent is low because we were fortunate to rent a small house from an elderly lady next door. She owned about 20 acres. My wife loved her and took care of her during these last few years. She passed away last month, God rest her soul. At the funeral, the family members thanked us and hugged us, for taking care of her. Her daughter said people in the family thought my wife was an angel, so I expect that they will let us maintain our current rent amount for quite some time.

I have no doubts as to my growth and success and I look to enhance the same to those around me. Please consider investing in my cause. I promise you won't be sorry.
