I am new to Prosper and want to learn the Borrowing process before I starting Lending. I will use this money for lending as well as more of my own. As you can see I am AA credit and small DTI. If you want a guaranteed return on your money then go ahead and fund this loan. I relisted this loan with a higher interest rate as recommended from the forum.
