Hello, Im relisting this because I wanted to add a picture to the listing. :) Im requesting this loan because I want to see how Prosper.com works for the borrower. Like my title says, I will use the money to loan back out into the Prosper community. I think the website is a really great idea and a way for people to help each other out. I realize my interest rate is a little low for my credit rating, but please consider my low risk DTI and no delinquencies. This is a no brainer! My "D" rating = 2 years ago decided to live well, well beyond my means and got myself into credit card trouble. I was carrying way too much burden for my income. I have climbed my way back to about a 630 rating by cutting expenses and applying raises toward debt management - all the while keeping my repayment responsibilities to my creditors. My monthly cash flow allows for easy payback without putting a strain on my budget. Here is my monthly breakdown: Net Income (after deductions) 2250 Rent 485 Utilities 120 Car pymt owned free and clear Car Ins 108 Credit Cards 275 Food 160 Gas 120 ING Direct 155 emergency fund Expenses 1423 Amount in the black: 827 I will be paying this loan off earlier than the three year maturity.
