Hello: My name is Anna and the purpose of this loan is to convert the second bedroom in my apartment into a working vocal studio. I have Master's in Voice and am pursuing my MBA in the fall. Currently, I have a fantastic job which provides a steady income to support myself. I also teach privately in the city and sing on weekends for additional income, which I did not include in my original income. Any credit card debt accumulated was in paying for my graduate degree.
