I am a single, 24-year-old, Private Investigator and Senior Case Officer for CNET Investigations in Orange County, California. I have worked for CNET for over 1 year. I rent an apartment in Orange County, California and I have lived in Southern California for all of my adult life. In my investigations career, I often conduct infidelity, criminal, and civil investigations. At times, I have supervised up to 10 employees. We have recently entered an agreement with the Cheaters Television Show to sell franchises of the Cheaters Detective Agency to private investigators throughout the country. This has led to a double in my future monthly income thanks to increased sales. I was the sales leader, company-wide, Sept 2005 through Jun 2006, Oct 2006 and Nov 2006. I am also the sales leader, company-wide, for year-to-date 2006. I have been paid an average of $7,000 per month over the past 10 months of 2006. I intend to swiftly pay off this loan after consolidating my debts. I have many medical bills, some of which are headed towards collections. Additionally, I am "upside down" on vehicle #2, and I intend to eliminate this payment. The difference between the appraised value and the loan payoff amount will also be paid with funds from this Prosper Loan. I want to consolidate these debts into one payment. My payments for all debts total $1924 per month. Vehicle #2 is a common SUV, used for surveillance operations in an attempt to remain covert. Expenses include: Business expenses, not reimbursed: $1000 per month To make money, you have to spend money. I spend quite a bit to entertain millionaire and celebrity clients so I can obtain their business. I also have a dedicated toll-free number and an extensive self-funded mobile and home office, outside of the desk provided at our headquarters. Rent: $1665 per month I am stuck in a 1 year lease I obtained earlier this year with a former flame. We made the mistake of renting an apartment in the highest rent area in the Nation, Orange County, California. However, we have since separated and she is no longer contributing to the rent. Recurring Utilities, Miscellaneous: $500 per month After including $1924 of monthly creditor payments, I am left with income as much as $2,000. This has been used to pay the balances down on my credit cards and auto loans. Excessive inquiries are due to attempts at identity theft. This partially explains my low credit score. I have a fraud alert on my credit report. However, my information was stolen in 2000 and has been repeatedly used. This information has been used over the past six years by identity theft rings that have yet to be identified. This has been reported twice: in 2001 to Pasadena Police Department, and recently in 2006 to Irvine Police Department.
