My net pay per month is $2850. Gross Pay is $4,300 with the following deductions: taxes, SSI, 401K, Insurance/Dental, $100 into credit union savings.

My husband and I keep our finances separate. He pays for our home and all utilities. I am responsible for household groceries, gas and insurance for my vehicle, and my credit cards. I am also repaying my husband $350/month for my vehicle which he purchased. It will be paid off in 14 months and I have a cell phone through Cingular, which the payment is automatically deducted. It's ~$50/month.

Right now, the monthly due on my credit cards total $920.00. However, I pay $1600-1800 a month on them. $20,000 would pay off the majority of them, but I would still have a minimum due of ~$375/month for the remainder of them.  I expect to have them paid off within 6 months since I will be able to apply extra funds to them.

Credit cards which will be paid off include:Bank of America: $7200Citibank: $6500Citibank: $5400The remainder of the funds will be applied toward the remaining credit card debts.

The majority of the charges on the credit cards were to assist one of my siblings as she was going through a financially hard period with her now financially deadbeat ex-husband. As she is trying to get back on her feet, she has yet to be able to repay me. Since the 'borrowing' began in 2004 however, and with few payments made toward her debt, she is well aware that there are no more funds available to her from me.

My debt to income ratio prior to this loan is 23%.

Please let me know if there are further questions I can answer.

Thank you for your consideration.
