I have worked in this field for over 20 years and continue to do work for the U.S. military and large companies like Boeing. But my greatest achievement has truly been my wonderful family.

Why My Family Needs This Loan:
Our home took over two years to develop, it is an 1800 sq ft. home on a double lot in a neighborhood over looking Clear Lake. The original foundation estimate was grossly low ($14,500 vs. actual $38,000 paid). This resulted in our VA Loan not fully being able to fund the addition of the garage, driveway, and decks. I had to stretch myself out and my credit became bad, so I took out a second mortgage to pay-off our debts. The only big bills we now have are our monthly mortgage payments of $1,146 and our second mortgage of $529. We need this loan to finish our home.

As you can see I am a good credit risk despite my credit score as it is now. Although my credit is currently showing 1 delinquency, it was a late payment that was actually sent on time. It was not my fault but their filling error; it is now in the process of being cleared. I assure you that I do pay my bills on time and you will not regret taking this risk on my family.
