BIG MONEY for you, BETTER CREDIT for me (DTI inaccurate) My wife and I work full time, and make more than enough money to pay our bills. My wife makes 40000 a year as the assistant manager of a retail-clothing store. I make 47300 a year as a carpenter with a pay raise every 6 months for the next 2 years. All this is total gross and verifiable. My credit is not bad, I just have a bad credit score. I have never been late, bankrupt, or delinquent. We will consolidate most of our revolving credit into the 15000$ Prosper loan. Then take the remaining balance and consolidate in to one credit card with a 6.9% rate. Consolidating now will increase our credit score enough to get a good interest rate on a house at the end of the year. I have kept the monthly payment from my Prosper loan close to what I pay for credit cards now. This way there is no additional stress on our finances. Monthly credit card payments ?balance. A little about us: My wife is 22 and I am 24. We have a very cute little westie named Duke and he is almost 3. I am going to college for a construction management degree, and my wife will be the GM of her own store with in the year. We really want to buy a house at the end of the year, and want to get the most house for the money. |
