Hello, and Happy Holidays! I recently personally purchased property and ran out of personal funds to complete the interior remodel. I need to do the kitchen and flooring. I have a buyer once the project is complete so I am trying to finish within the next month. I do not plan on carrying out this loan full term, so the principle will be repaid quickly. This is a short term means to an end. I am confident that this loan will be repaid quickly, thus I am willing to offer a high interest rate. I will keep the loan for a minimum of three months to make it worth your investment. If this buyer were to fall out, I have a sufficient enough income to make the monthly payments until a new buyer is found. I am selling 20% below market value to increase the likelihood of a quick sale. I am the President of a Real Estate Development company in California named Krios Enterprises, Inc. My current income is over $8000/month plus bonuses. My credit is not very high because I had a mortgage in 2003 go sour. I had recently married and when my wife and I came back from our honeymoon, the company I was working for was gone. I worked various jobs to support my new family (my wife was pregnant right away), but the time in between just put me too far behind to keep up on the payments for the home. A few other accounts went late around the same time. I do not have any delinquencies in the last 2 years. I recently began a refinance to obtain this money, but the broker dragged the process out for 4 months with no results more than a lot credit inquiries. In August my credit was just at low B status and now it is where I am now. I found Prosper and I fully support what it stands for, so I decided to cancel the refinance and support this program.
