Hi, I'd like to obtain this loan to help improve my credit rating. It has improved since my last listing, from "HR" to "E" and I'd like to continue to improve. I don't qualify for a loan through conventional means therefore I am requesting a loan through Prosper. This small loan with payments that are easy to make would work to improve my credit rating. I have the ability to repay the loan. My monthy income is about $4000 after taxes. I pay mortgage of $1000, car $500, phone $125, electricity $100 and cable $50 other misc bills (food, gas, clothes, insurance)$800. This leaves about $1500/month. The Prosper loan payments aren't included in those figures but they are about $53, so as you can see, they won't be a problem. Please help me build a stronger more stable financial future.
