Hello All. We own a Sports Bar and night club in Frenchtown New Jersey. The Bar and Nightclub was opened in January of 1998. I and my partner bought the business and the property in June of this year. My partner is managing establishment 7 days a week. I support him as a floor person on weekend and special days. I work as an Engineer and have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering. I am not depended on the income from the business. With the money we are requesting we intend to replace TV equipments, bar stools, tables and carpet; which have seen some better days. Also pay for advertisement via radio and mass mailing. I fully expect to have the revenue to pay back the loan in 2 years I have been assigned an AA credit rating, which I fully intend to keep.
