Hello Lenders/Friends, I am 36-years old, childless, govt. employee & RE Investor. I own a 4 unit building with $18K in equity and a 14 unit building with $105K+. I cannot tap into my equity do to my lender?s lock-in where I can?t sell or refinance for 3 years without paying a hefty penalty.
