Hello Lenders/Friends,

I am 36-years old, childless, govt. employee & RE Investor. I own a 4 unit building with $18K in equity and a 14 unit building with $105K+. I cannot tap into my equity do to my lender?s lock-in where I can?t sell or refinance for 3 years without paying a hefty penalty.
The 14 unit building has depleted my savings due to the down payment $19K ($10K above), non-paying tenants, deferred maintenance, repairs, appliance replacement, storm damage, H/C replacement, 8 evictions, court costs & electrical problems.

Presently, I have 18 paying tenants yet I have obtained a massive amount of debt. I am requesting a loan to pay off my debt which will increase my fico score & enable me to purchase more RE immediately. I have no delinquencies on my credit file & the D score given by Prosper is due to my high revolving balances. DTI includes Prosper loan.
