I am a self-employed professional with an excellent income. Due to the cost of education and a divorce I carry a fair amount of debt but I'm always looking for a way to save a buck. Tax savings is always my focus as is the case for most self-employed individuals. I'm looking to borrow for my 2006 SEP-IRA contribution. The tax savings more than compensates for the cost of capital.
I've dabbled in lending on Prosper and realize that lending comes down to who and what you believe- with whom do you trust risking your dollars?
With that... if you believe Uncle Sam deserves more of my hard earned money than you and I then don't bid on this loan. Otherwise, happy bidding!!
Thanks. |
