ABOUT ME: I'm Christopher 38 years old. I am looking to fully pay off my debts and help restore my credit by making payments to Prosper. I am an Coffeehouse manager and been in the business for over 15 years. and looking to get my self in a better financial situation in the next year to start my own business. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: No question, I have had some trouble in the past. My income in the past has been low. Balancing work school and trying to make ends meet. Now I have a good job and able to turn this around. LIST OF DEBTS: Vally Medical $265 South Coast Medical $224 Barbara Hospital $458 Pac Bell $293 Visa $352 (closed) PGE $311 Master card $1441 (closed) Total: $3344 My DQ's can be explained simply. I have moved back home to help my Mother while she was ill and payed $1400 for July rent. We then lost a roommate suddenly and I was lad off from work. Yes, Bad timing. I was paying a majority of the rent in the summer. Than she payed the rent while I was out of work. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: 1) First priority is paying the above debt ASAP. 2) Open a secured Credit line $300 to start a positivereport and reestablish credit. HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Income: $1900.00 (NET) After\Taxes Rent: $700.00 Utilities: $45 Insurance: $60 Food: $160 Cable/Internet: $20 (Shared) Total Monthly Expenses: $985 I will have $915 left to make the Prosper loan. And still have enough in case of emergencies. My last listing was a bit different. I have readjusted my rent because sister has moved out and our rent is now up. I'm looking for a new roommate. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: I'm lowering the loan request to $4000 and starting out at the Max rate of 29% I understand the DQ's are a concern and I would like to encourage your questions and advice.
