Hello to all. I named
this loan request ?Building a Nest Egg? loan because that?s my intention in
requesting it from the Prosper Community.
I?d like to explain my rationale behind requesting this loan, what will
the money be used for and how do I plan to repay it.The primary reason to request this loan is to get a
?jumpstart? into my future home ownership.
Out of the $4000 I?m requesting, $3000 will be deposited into a savings
instrument and left there. I?ll be
making regular weekly contributions of $75/wk. The idea is to have at least $7000 dollars or
more by October or November of next year.
Then we?ll start looking for a house we can buy and use that money to do
it. I'll use the other $1000 for a home computerI?m slowly rebuilding my credit by putting my accounts up to
date as quickly as I can. I?m just
finishing with a doctor?s debt that I had, along with a bad credit card debt
that I should finish paying by mid-January.
I purchased a vehicle back in March of this year and got an approved
loan. I have been paying regular on-time
payments of this and other accounts. I
still have to keep on paying on time other debts to get my credit cleaned and
straightened, but I?m still making good progress. Here?s
my latest budget for your consideration:
Incoming Salary a $4974 (After Taxes)Outgoing Payments:- Rent:
$910
- Car
Payment: $692
- Loan
#1: $294
- Loan
#2: $71
- Consolidated
Loan Payments: $471
- Cable
and High Speed Internet: $105 (approximate)
- Power:
$100 (approximate)
- Car
Insurance: $105
- Mobile
Telephone Service: $100 (approximate)
- TOTAL
LEFT AFTER PAYMENTS: $2126 monthly- Groceries ($400) and other expenses
That?s what?s left after paying everything. I transfer automatically to my savings
account $75 dollar every week. I?ve been working very hard the past two years to get where
I am. I relocated from to the states in search of a better quality of life, and
better job opportunities. I?ve found
both; and I know I can improve on our quality of life even more. I know I?ve made some bad credit decisions in
my past, and I?m working hard to straighten my affairs. I?m determined to provide my family with
great resources, and a wonderful life in our adopted home. I?m in it for the long haul, and I?m positive
I can make this work. Thanks! |
