Hello all lenders! My name is David and my reason for asking you fund this loan is I am trying to raise my FICO before July 2007. I need to get a fair fixed mortgage rate on a refinance. My current adjustable rate is 8.5 and comes due in July 2007. I am currently a D and need to be a C to get 6-7% Fixed. My current credit cards are hurting my score(Capital One). These cards only report high balances and not credit limits, thus lowering my scores. The loan will pay off two Capital One cards.
