Married 41 years old 4 years college / Wife 7 years (Masters Degree) 19 years in the hospitality industry (Management) 4 person household married 21 years wife is a teacher of 20 years Home owners since 1989 2 1/2 years in current house Hard working family man involved in coaching youth sports and C.A.S.A. (court appointed special advocate for children) We would like to pay down credit card balances to improve FICO scores back to over 720 As you can see from the report we manage to always pay on time even with a high DTI. I checked all three credit reports today and there were no delinquent accounts listed. (Prosper shows we have one delinquent account) We purchased our last home in an area of town with the best schools and are willing to live with less of the "extras" in life to give our children the best education possible. In 2006 we had medical expenses that were not covered by my insurance and had to be put on credit cards. Initially the medical professionals informed us these items were covered so we were unpleasantly surprised when they were not. Thank you for your consideration |
