My name is Alissa,

My DTI is 52%. I have good credit; I have never been delinquent on any payments or accounts. I am looking to receive a loan of $18,000 dollars to minimize the majority of my debt. I have high interest on two student loans that I needed to pull out due to me returning home due to family issues. Having these interest rates are not very beneficial. I went through a period where I was sinking emotionally and had no idea where to turn; there was a lot of disappointment from different family members. I am from Texas but had gone to college in Nebraska on a swimming scholarship. I couldn?t complete my scholarship due to my mental state. I returned home and I continued to pursue my degree of Math with my minor in education. I am currently an Algebra I/II high school teacher. My situation isn?t one that is bad but it isn?t one that is great.

In my next paragraph, I?ll explain my debt, interest rates, income and my plan to pay my debt to Prosper.

My income is as follows: I take home after taxes $2,345.13 (I am salaried & on contract with Round Rock ISD; I get paid on or around the 25th of each month) I also charge my roommates rent, I don?t collect taxes from this extra income, yet if need be I will have them write out a statement that I do collect monies from them. I charge 450.00 a room & storage plus all utilities. They have lived with me for 6 months so far.

Van payment: 427.00

Gas for vehicle: 125.00

Cable/phone/internet package: 140.33

T-mobile: 80.00

Chase Credit Card: 293.00 (interest rate is 21.67%)wanting to eliminate

Student loan 1: 294.67 (interest is 59.74%)wanting to eliminate

Best Buy Credit Card: 58.00 (interest rate is 21.44%)wanting to eliminate

Geico Insurance: 164.00

TXU Energy: 65-75.00

Discover Card: 15.00

Student loan 2: 93.93 (interest rate is 7.00%)

Student loan 3 234.34 (interest rate is 8.00%)

Gas/BMUD: 125.00

Mortgage: 701.00

Food: 150.00

My entire monthly income is $3245.13. If I am able to lose the monthly payments of the credit cards that I want to pay off. I will be able to have a lot of room to pay any loan that Prosper will lend me. I have verification of pay stubs, rental agreements and any additional incomes from when I do summer swim team and private lessons over the summer. Thank you in advance for considering my loan.

Thank you,

Alissa

this is where I learned that bidding more is a mistake. People some not all just do not care who they steal from and it is stealing not to repay. Live and learn. $100 is my new max. Willyd1949

Yeah this is one pathetic excuse for Honest Borrower. You know some people just never intend to do right, problems always follow them and have total disgregard for Kharma. Live and learn is right? Unfortunately, I am finding there are more of these than the ones who repay. If you look at the top borrowers on prosper. Most are crushed and may never see the light of day. Good Luck.
