ABOUT ME I bought my 1st home at age 33. I have been an event manager for over 12 years and with my current employer for more than 5 years. I've had no gaps in employment. I am budget-conscious, determined to achieve my goals and I always honor my financial obligations. I have no late payments on my past 3 car loans, mortgage or credit cards. My credit history shows I have no public records or bankruptcies. On my credit report, there are 2 negative accounts, which are both disputed medical bills (totaling $1102). My credit cards have high balance-to-limit ratios which is why I need to pay them off and be rid of them! Otherwise, I have a solid track record. I am working to boost my credit score to 720+ in order to obtain a low-cost home improvement loan in 2010. With a Prosper loan, I will not only pay-off my credit card debt, but will also begin to save more aggressively (I depleted my savings to purchase my home and make initial repairs).
