Hello, This loan is to finalize our adoption of little Marcus from Guatemala. We expect the adoption to be ready to finalize in Dec. or Jan. and want to be ready to finish as soon as we can. I have already put $25,000 in cash into the adoption and expect this loan to be repaid within one year. I need the loan because several large financial obligations have happened at once. For example, I have a condo for sale in ATL, but have just relocated to Chicago for my job. I have paid relocation expenses and, of course, all the money I have paid for the adoption until now. I have a very good job with a Fortune 500 company and my I will receive several good bonuses in the first three months of 2007. This will allow me to repay a large portion- maybe 100%- of the loan balance. My credit score is a little low right now because I have used my two credit cards for a lot of the expenses of the past few months. Normally, my credit balances are lower and my score higher. Also, the delinquency you'll see on my credit history is several years old and was a leftover credit card from college days. As soon as I "grew up", I paid the account in full and have never been late on another credit payment. Background: I went to college in NYC at Columbia. I work in the high-tech sector for a very large and reputable (and great!) company. I lived and worked in Europe for three years with my first job after college, and I met and married my wife Barbara while I lived in Paris. (You can see Barbara and I on my member page.) We have a great family and happy life and are asking for this loan to help us bring Marcus into our home so we can spoil him with love. Thank you for considering our listing. Jason |
