Thanks for taking the time to look at my listing. I?m currently trying to consolidate most of my finances into one bill. I work in IT for a very FAST growing company and has been on the Top100 in Texas for the past 3 years. I've been with this company for 2.5 years now and have many more years to come. It shows I have 1 now Deq. but that was cleared up last week and will be removed shortly. My DTI is off for a few reasons: 1) Since i'm a homeowner and have no one else on the mortagage it does not show my 3 roommate who each pay $275/month plus bills. 2) All bills are under my name (Elec, Cable, Cell, Water, etc...) 2) I own an eBay business in which i used my personal credit card to get my merchandise ($5000), so this is not paid by me, it comes from the business, it just happens to be under my name. I?m looking to pay off 2 credit cards with this money. Personal Income: ~2700/month Roommate payments: ~1050/month Expenses: CC: $150 @ 19% >consolidate with this loan CC: $320 @ 21% >consolidate with this loan CC: $100 @ 0% Auto Insurance: $60 Electric: $175-200 Water: $65 Cable TV: $65 Cell phone: $65 House payment: $1000 Misc. (gas, food, etc..): $750 ------------------------------------------- Total Income: $3750/month Total Expenses: $2775/month (~$470 of this would be consolidated with this loan) Leaving: $975/month I put around $150-200 into a house savings account for repairs on the home. So i come out with $775 to spare, and since the $470 is going to be consolidated that will be my payment back to prosper, never letting lenders or my group DOWN! I will have at any given time, $500 to make payments on this prosper loan I appreciate you taking the time to read over my request, and I hope you can help me out. |
