This loan will be used to partly fund a regional print, radio, & t.v. advertising campaign. IowaInk.com is a internet based company, that sells generic printer consumables.
To visit us online visit: http://www.iowaink.com
The Financials:
- The company will have sales volume of over $600K this year.
- Gross profit is between 40%-50% of the sales volume each year. This includes the costs of free shipping promotion to all USA customers.
How to Payback:
IowaInk & Myself, Bradley [LAST NAME DELETED], will pay back this loan with funds already available to us on a monthly basis. IowaInk bills $40 - $50K in sales every month.
The Reason:
We are choosing to move into other advertising mediums, as written above, mainly because internet advertising has gotten expensive in our industry. I feel once we move into these other areas of advertising, we will be able to close more deals with more profitable customers. I also feel we will be able to retain these customers for longer periods of time. This equals more repeat orders from these new customers, which equals less advertising costs to IowaInk. IowaInk is in a very profitable industry, as every business & consumer at some point will need a printer cartridge. |
