I am real estate broker in Texas. I am in residential sales and property management. I am planning on leaving my current broker and start my own property management company. The loan listing will be for startup capital for this new company. In addition to the loan I am putting $15,000 of my own money to start the company. I have over two years of real estate sales and management experience. I own five rental properties and manage many others for out of town investors. In addition to my experience I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and have over 270 hours of real estate education above and beyond my college degree.I am very responsible with money and debt.
