I am looking for a loan so that I can consolidate some debt. Before I got the wonderful job that I have now, I experienced a horrific lay-off, and I had some serious financial troubles. As you can see, by way of my "B" credit rating, I have overcame most of those troubles, however those accounts still show up on my report as collections. I want to get them paid off in full as collections and re-characterized as this prosper loan. As you can imagine, the interest rate is ahwful, the customer service is worse, I really feel sick everytime I have to call them to make a payment, because they treat me like a criminal and I'm a good person who just had some challenges in the past and am now back on track.
