We have purchased, and are renovating, a Prairie Style, 6 year old home on 1 1/2 acres of prime Lake Michigan waterfront 15 miles north of Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is the most desirable suburb in the Milwaukee market. This is a second listing at a lower amount. I'd like to thank all of you who placed an initial bid, and hope you will consider this request as well. We purchased the home for approximately $100,000 below appraised value and have already invested $50,000 in renovations. We desire $14,000 to continue the project. I am an executive with a major corporation for the past 22 years and am in the very high income category. I have never missed loan account payments, and never intend to. I have a net worth exceeding 7 figures. I have investment assets to cover this loan, but prefer to keep those as they have low cost basis and high return potential. I am 47 years old, married with 2 teenagers and always busy with work, family and golf. My plan is to pay off this loan in April 2007 when I can sell additional restricted stock I get each year.
