Hello. My name is Tony Usaj and I am requesting this loan in efforts to pay off my credit card debt in an attempt to raise my credit scores to allow me better financing. I currently work 3 jobs as a Fireman, Paramedic and Emergency Dept. Critical Care Technician. I am in the process of upgrading my 1st property and have projected to have it rented out by apr/may '07. This loan will completely pay off most my cards and bring the remaining cards to below 30% utilization rate. This will in turn, dramatically increase my credit scores within a couple months allowing me to negotiate much lower loan rates. I am currently fixing up my 1st property in order to rent it out. The current market in which the condominium sits easily warrants a rent rate that will give me positive cash flow. Real estate is an endeavor that I would like to continue on with. The only way for this to become lucrative is by being able to raise my credit scores so home improvement loans will be much more manageable with a lower intrerest rate. Please help me obtain my goals. My current income is well over 75k a year and I have 30k in equity in my home.
