I am planning on purchasing a new dell computer, but due to holiday shopping am not able too. I run a business from my home (webside design and maintenance) and require a computer to do my work. I also work full time as an IT Coordinator for a reputable company. I have worked with them for the past 3 years. The reason my DTI is extremely high is because of a automobile purchase a few years back when I was married. Since then, I have been divorced and no longer own the car, my ex-wife does. She refuses to refinance the car, so unfortunately it remains on my credit until I can figure out a way to have it removed. I receive a raise and a bonus at the beginning of January and will also be selling off my old laptop to pay off this loan. It will be payed off by February of 07. Quick return on your money!
