I am re-listing again, hopefully this time with better information. In addition to my first listing, here is more information about me: I am 31 years old and have worked in Higher Education for the past 11 years. I have a Bachelor?s Degree and also hold a Master?s Degree in Higher Education. My DTI will be substantially lower with the Prosper payment and it currently is as high as it is because the Prosper loan and credit card payments are both included in my DTI. My part-time job is in the bridal sales industry. I have learned a lot on the boards and taken the advice of many to get this loan funded. Thank you for your consideration. I had to edit this listing so please see other listing for previous information. Monthly Income: Full-time salary ($2300/mo take home) ? error on last listing, this is correct information Part-time job ($600-$1000/mo take home) base + commission explains fluctuation in part-time income Monthly Expenses (before Prosper): Car Payment - $465 Phone/Cell - $120 DMP payment - $742 Internet - $26 Gas/Electric - $105 Rent/cable - $709 Insurance - $105 Groceries - $75 Medical Payments - $125 (Total Balance - approx. $2000 estimated because therapy bill not processed and not yet included in monthly payment amount) Therapy Bill - $50 (estimated) Credit Card Payments - $140 (min mo. payments but still high-interest and have balances) Total Payments - $2612 Monthly Expenses (after Prosper): Car Payment - $465 Phone/Cell - $120 DMP payment - $742 Internet - $26 Gas/Electric - $105 Rent/cable - $709 Insurance - $105 Groceries - $75 Medical Payments - $75 Prosper Loan - $175 Total Payments - $2597 (w/no credit card debt but one ? balance will be paid off, but keeping one open for emergencies) Leftover Income - $303-$703 (will be used toward medical bills and savings for future emergencies and expenditures) Prosper Loan expenses to cover: Payday Loans - $855 Surgeon (would not let me make arrangements to pay off bill) - $435 Credit Card payoffs - $3285 Partial Hospital Balance - $425 Link to previous listing:https://www.prosper.com/public/lend/listing.aspx?listingID=68905 |
