I am re-listing again, hopefully this time with better information. In addition to my first listing, here is more information about me: I am 31 years old and have worked in Higher Education for the past 11 years. I have a Bachelor?s Degree and also hold a Master?s Degree in Higher Education. My DTI will be substantially lower with the Prosper payment and it currently is as high as it is because the Prosper loan and credit card payments are both included in my DTI. My part-time job is in the bridal sales industry. I have learned a lot on the boards and taken the advice of many to get this loan funded. Thank you for your consideration. I had to edit this listing so please see other listing for previous information.
