I am not over extended = those scores do not show what is in the bank and only reportable income. It's all about leverage. I own several homes and two successful businesses. I have money in the bank I can use but I rather see this whole process come full circle. I put up $1000 to start lending and it seems that this is the 21st Century way of lending so I want to see the other side of it. I will pay this back with no issues because I know the value of a FICO score. Wet have over 3M in real estate and well over 400k liquid assets.
