After a divorce, my ex-wife and I split our assets (mainly the house) and bills. She soon defaulted on a car loan, Sears & JCPenney. After learning this, I paid them off myself, thus finding myself owing more than agreed on. I am catching up to make up for her lack of payment, and would appreciate some help to speed this process. My credit is good; any credit listed as her home at "McDermitt" were her (unpaid) bills. I am very grateful that we hand so few joint accounts! Thank you for your consideration, Kevin |
