Hello my name is Travis. For the last three years I have been helping an individual flipping houses. I have learned pretty well everything a person needs to know about remodeling. I am very confident in myself and I am ready to flip a house myself. I have the house picked out...contract signed and everything is pretty well ready. I have posted a few pics of the house. It looks pretty rough but I will make $25,000 on this house for sure. I need about $6000 dollars to fix the house. I am doing all the work myself. As soon as the house is done I will sell. Bidding on this loan will give profit to you while boosting my equity substantially.
