I am going to be leasing an existing bar and grill. It currently has enough revenue to support operating expenses. I am in need of the additional funds to help cover the initial start up costs, Marketing, Legal and accounting issues,new signs and inventory. I am currently a self employed remodeling conractor. My family has owned and operated a bar for 12 years and we are sure this is a very good opportunity, but I would like to go in with additional funds as oppose to using credit cards, or refinancing. |
