About me . . . I am 43 years old with 20 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience. I started my first business in 1985 and over the years have founded other companies, worked in large corporations and consulted to a wide range of entrepreneurial organizations. I thoroughly enjoy the teaching aspects of consulting, helping to work through both problems and opportunities. More details are available is my member description section. And, I am intrigued by Prosper?s business model. About my loan request . . . I am expanding my business practice and desire capital to fund expenses related to formalizing these new services. My company, Centivity Group, is a single member LLC incorporated in the State of Texas April 2005 providing management consulting and executive coaching services. The new service line is being developed in partnership with several other consulting organizations and will drive additional revenue in 2007. I intend to use the proceeds from this loan to offset some of the operating, business development and sales expense related to this activity. And, as indicated earlier, I am intrigued by the lending model. With the direct experience of obtaining a loan through Prosper, I will be in a better position to recommend it as a potential financing option for clients. And with continued success, I look forward to becoming a lender in the model. About my ability to repay . . . Positive cash flow of $717.58 per month is available for debt service related to the loan.
