I have added some critical information that some lenders asked about during my last listing. Like an explanation of my credit information.

Please take the time to review our loan request we don?t look great on paper but we are big on heart and commitment.

My husband and I need a loan to pay off some high interest debt and a 99% interest personal loan. We are HR rated right now but if we are able to get this loan and payoff some of the debt we have we should bump up to at least a D rating. We lost a daughter a few years ago and so I being the financial manager just let everything go and sunk us. I am not putting this in for the sympathy bid. I am putting it in so that you have an understanding of the level of catastrophe that caused me to allow this financial disaster. We did not have any credit at that point and so this just stuck us in a big financial hole. We are back on track now and have a strong financial plan. This loan will secure our budgeting goals which includes an emergency fund.

Credit Information ?

My Credit score is 521 I have my credit report on hand.

I have five DQ?s three are under $100 that are bills that I lost track of in the move that I made the month after my daughter passed away. Then I did not check on my credit for the next two years.

I have heard that the double digit inquires are not great either but I assure you I was actually looking for a loan or credit on the internet and drove them up haphazardly checking into it.

I also have multiple deferred student loans.

I have a car loan and one secured credit card.

*Remaining $1322 - These funds are spent on groceries, school costs, and outstanding debts.

Loan Use ?

*2500 to pay of a very high interest cash call loan.
*400 to pay of misc. small debts impacting credit report

We can easily build in the payment for our loan without putting ourselves in a larger financial crunch. This loan will be a big step forward for our family. We will be a good risk because we want better credit and want financial stability. We would also like to start lending in prosper once we do pay down our debt. I have been at my job for 9 years and have been continually advancing. I also have disability insurance and gap coverage in case I get hurt or permanently disabled.
