That?s right, I said it?I am thankful for my debt! Without it I wouldn?t appreciate the blood, sweat and tears so many people put into creating a successful business. Had I not had any struggle, my business would probably have crumbled long ago at the feet of Inexperience. In 2004, I left my Fitness Management position at 24 Hour Fitness to start my own In-Home Personal Training business.  In the first month I came face-to-face with the dishonesty of my investor and decided to take on the challenge alone.  Too stubborn to give up, I sacrificed my personal finances to pay for my starting costs out of pocket. I spent six months getting behind and maxing out credit cards.  The next 18 months I spent playing ?catch-up?.  As of today, I am very proud to say that my sacrifices have paid off.  My business numbers have quadrupled since that first year and I am looking ahead to the next step.
My goal in 2008 is to open my own, private studio here in Texas but I need a little help to get there.             I?m not asking for a business loan, only the opportunity for a fresh start in 2007. I am asking for $7600 to pay off credit card bills, my old student loan, and a little ?just in case? money to start the year ahead.
Here is a break down:

Monthly Net income: $4300

Mortgage/home expenses- $1250/mo
Car payment(only till June, then car is paid off)- $522/mo
Loan payment- est. $350/mo.

This leaves about $2000.00 left over each month.  My problem has been that I?ve never started a month ahead?only behind or just caught up. So my credit has suffered in the past.
2007 will be a year to improve my credit, better my portfolio, so I can go to the bank in 2008 with a solid reputation and business plan.  It is my dream to be a woman who stands on her own two feet and although my life has been a carnival ride for the past 2 years, I will take a roller coaster over a Ferris wheel any day.
Well?maybe the Ferris wheel sometimes?.but, just for one year!  Thank you for your time and consideration. And maybe, in a couple of years, I can be the one doing the lending..
