This is my second loan. I joined Koyne and they helped me get funded fast. I used the loan to rehab a rental house , that is now occupied by a Sec 8 tenant . The rent is paid direct deposit on the 1st . The tenant is happy , I am happy and prosper investors were paid off. My credit rating is showing HR because I had 2 loans on a forebearnce paln from Hurrican Rita. I have paid these loans on time but still show "late" on my FICO. I am using this loan to rehab another unit and pay for ads for my remodeling business.here is my original listing , everything is the same.
I am seeking a micro loan to help repair my rental property and buy some tools for my remodeling business. This part of Texas (Southeast Texas) was hit hard by Hurricane Rita and I am just now getting back on my feet. I went 2 months after the hurricane without any income. Insurance only paid on 2 of my houses and I had to use my personal money to do repairs. Some of my tenants lived in shelters until I could get the homes repaired. (talk about stress!!!) I started my business with $300.00 , four years ago. Also , a company called Accion Texas (they specialize in small loans)loaned me start up money , I paid them back early. I read all the books , Carlton Sheets , Robert Allen , Robert K. , Fixer Jay , and this helped motivate me to acquire these properties. My first ?flip? , I made $20K and used this money to buy the rentals. Some of my properties are on Sec 8 housing , so the rent is direct deposited into my account on the first. I also own a remodeling business and my average revenue per month is $15K. I have almost paid off my initial investment. I need a few more tools to finish jobs that are coming up. We do sheetrock , paint , wood floors , and ceramic tile. My company is registered with Duns and Bradsheet and has a good credit rating. I am also employed full time in sales with a company that is traded on the NASDAQ. This job pays my personal bills and gives me peace of mind. So , I have 3 cash flow streams to pay back this loan. My background: I served in the US Army ,Infantryman ( Desert Storm) with the Big Red One. I went to college on the GI BILL and graduated with a B.S. from Texas State University.
