I have relisted this at slighly lower amount and for a higher interest rate.
I am preparing for a divorce and need to consolidate my higher interest debts so I can give my long time stay at home spouse the best start possible as she has decided to end our marriage. I have been a lender for several months but now want to borrow to payoff my 28% HFC line of credit.
