About ME Hi Every one and thank you for looking. I am a married and have 2 kids, and a dog. A year ago my wife and I got out of the army and moved to NC. I have had a steady job making 50,000 - 60,000 plus a year doing machinery alignment and driving a truck. My pay fluctuates month to month depending on how many hours I work. Never less than 45 hours a week. As you see I have a A Credit rating and have NEVER had a single late payment. I started working on my credit report at 16 by opening a secured credit card with $500.00 and have since bought cars, trucks, and a home with my great credit rating, and I am not about to mess it up now. The reason for the loan is to simply consolidate my 0% interest credit cards as the 0% runs out. I have a new heat pump I bought that has 3,500 left on it and new windows with about 2,000 left on it. The 0% ends in Feb 07 and I want them paid off in full to save getting hit with back interest of $1,900.00 I figure that I will have the other 1000 paid by feb myself. Here is my monthly payments BEFORE 700 month morgage 410 tuck payment (which will be gone jan 2007) 300 utilities (gas, elect, trash, phone, cable, internet) 100 A/C 150 Windows 200 Other credit card debt at 0% 1860.00 total payments Monthly take home = 3000 Differance of $1140 left for food and whatver else I want. AFTER PROSPER 700 month morgage 410 tuck payment (which will be gone jan 2007) 300 utilities (gas, elect, trash, phone, cable, internet) 175 Prosper loan 200 Other credit card debt at 0% 1785.00 total payments Monthly take home = 3000 DIFFERANCE OF 1,215 left over FUTURE- My wife is in the middle of starting a day care business and should have it up an going by march bepending on how fast the state allows us to get approved. Once going se plans on starting out with 2 kids at a min of 400.00 per month for total of a additioanal 800.00 I am trying to start my own ebay business selling wholesale products. I would also like to start funding loans on prosper to create a long term income stream. I plan on starting out with low, and med risk loans for the first year or two and then moving into a few higher risk loans. Thanks for looking and I hope to bring you a 3 year steady income. |
