I am attempting to help my husband buy our dream home. We have 2 fantastic kids and 3 awesome animals and have outgrown our current home. This new home will give us the breathing space we need to grow as a family. This loan will help us secure our down payment and allow me to pay of the past debt I have currently. By eliminating the credit card debt I had prior to us getting married, I will be financially secure now and better prepared for our new mortgage payment. My situation breaks down like this: Net Monthly income (after taxes and ins) $4400 Expenses: Mortgage $989 Groceries $575 cell phone $125 transportation $200 (I'm in sales) VISA $250 Mastercard $300 401K contributions $223 (approx) Utilities $175 Condo Association Dues $217 Insurance - home & car $102 Misc $250 (dry cleaning, cleaning supplies, etc...) United Way $20 Total going out $3426 This leaves just under $1000 for savings, kids' needs, car repairs, etc I have a fantastic job selling advertising for a major newspaper in Atlanta and just celebrated 13 years of service. I work hard for all that I have and am looking forward to buying this new home with my husband. But, without my help it may not happen. This loan will enable me to move forward in a positve way for the future of my family. My plan is to make this a short term loan and paid back within 6 months. I appreciate any help I can get.
