I cancelled my last funded loan because the prosper verification process was taking too long. I needed the money in time for a short sale on my condo, which you can see from my previous listing. I took the 10K I needed from my IRA. I am asking for this loan to pay back the 10K I took out of my IRA. I have an income of $76K a year plus bonuses. I've been verified by prosper (DL, utility bill, income) already. I just got out of paying two mortgage payments. This frees up an extra $800 a month (was paying $200 HOA fees plus mortgage of $607). There are errors on my report that say I'm late on things which were included and paid in my Ch 13 BK filed four years ago. It was paid in full 100%. It was filed due to my not having enough savings at the time.It was my fault which is why I am such a saver now. I had switched jobs due my company going under new management and not paying us properly. To make a long story short, they didn't pay us what they'd promised. We left with our client accounts, they sued us for breaking our sales contract and we won. I've been with my current company for the past five years, and have over 40K in retirment savings in my 401K and IRA combined. The reason my score says HR is my experian report is not accurate. I've tried to get it corrected and it is still wrong. It says 595 on myfico.com for experian, which would make me an E not HR. I don't know why it was D two months ago and now is HR. I have made no late payments since the Ch13 was filed. I get extra commissions and bonuses in Jan. every year but prosper would not let me count this even though it will increase my income to 90K per year. Even with the income prosper counts I still make 76K verified a year. My expenses are: mortgage: 980/mo car (3 yr loan with 26 months left) 508/mo gas, electric and water (varies but est. 180/mo which is a high estimate) food varies but est. 240/mo clothing $25/mo varies but I shop at thrift stores for clothing small HEL I have 72/mo insurance (car) 80/mo insurance (health) 33 mo (HMO bc/bs through work) work premiums (business expense we have to pay ) est 200/mo which is tax deductible cable int. and tv combo $110/mo (1/2 is tax deductible due to business use of internet) cell phone (no land line) 55/mo (tax deductable due to heavy business use) garbage pickup 12/mo gas 50/mo (I live close to work) misc. 200/mo which is high credit minimum payments (I pay more than the minimum) 260/mo. This credit card debt is almost all due to past few months repairs on the roof and exterior of the house I bought one year ago. TOTAL $3005 Verified by prosper Income Before Tax $6333 per month if you don't count bonuses which I didn't since prosper doesn't. After tax estimated $5K per month. So I have more than enough surplus to pay back this loan. I have no kids and the dog food bills for my two dogs is incl. in food (they eat purina, not expensive). Vet bills are $150/year for the two of them at discount shot clinics, and can be included in the mis. figure above which is a high estimate to begin with. I don't spend a lot on entertainment as I go hiking for fun and am not into movies. When I go out to eat my date pays;) My health is good and if I ever had to go to the doctor my copay is $40 through BC/BS. I put 10 % into my 401K each month automatically but that can be lowered if I need it. My ebay id is cattthy, I have 99.5% positive feedback. I've been a member of Creditboards under the same ID since April 2004. My job is in maintenance product sales, commission only, but I'm an employee and my job and income are stable.
