I am the co-owner of an internet marketing business that manages pay per click ads for retail companies such as Amazon.com. I also have a real estate investment company that buys distressed properties, cleans them up and then sells them. Both of these business are quite cash intensive and I usually have a cash crunch at the end of the year as I try to pre-pay some of my bills so I don't get hurt so bad on taxes. The internet marketing business is my main source of revenue and is doing quite well. The real estate investment company is doing well too, but it takes longer to see any real profit due to the cash-intensive nature of the business. We have done 16 houses since April. This loan will be to pre-pay some of my expenses for the internet marketing business which will lower my taxes and allow both businesses to have more operating capital next year. I am a good risk, since the loan is quite small in relation to my total assets, both business and personal. Thanks! |
